A former infantry unit leader with the United States Marine Corps, Adam Schwarze enlisted with the armed forces after he graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in Minnesota. During his time with the Marines, Adam Schwarze took undergraduate coursework at the University of Minnesota and received his bachelor of science (BS) in political science from there in 2012.
Afterwards, he shifted his military career to a different branch and commissioned as Officer in the United States Navy. He is currently enrolled at Harvard Extension School to pursue a master of arts in liberal studies (ALM) in international relations. His studies concentrate on counter insurgency and the Middle East policy, but also working toward certificates in international security and nuclear deterrence.
Outside of his educational responsibilities, he enjoys a range of hobbies and is affiliated with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). The nonprofit provides veterans of every generation with assistance with post-secondary education, emergency financial relief, and other needs. In his free time he is fond of scuba diving, boating, and skydiving, as well as running and weight-lifting.
